Our Client is one of the top national Independent Financial Advisory Company in the industry with an excellent Client proposition. They offer a very comprehensive financial planning service to high-net-worth Clients who are looking for more complex forms of financial advice. They are a very ethical organisation who look after their people and have an excellent Financial Adviser proposition as well.
The Role:
The role is ‘home-based’ working with an existing Client bank of about 100 Clients in the Birmingham area, providing an ongoing service to these Clients mainly online via Teams or Zoom meetings plus some face to face meetings as well. The chances are you will get referrals and personal introductions and the opportunity of signing up new Clients.
The Package:
The role comes with a basic salary of £55K tto £75K (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications), plus expenses, bonuses, car allowance and a generous contributory pension. Validation is 3 times salary, but the trail is substantial, and you will be in bonus territory from month one. Earnings potential is up £95K+ in your first year and your total earnings will increase each year.
You will get a very comprehensive benefits package as well. Their training academy will also ensure you continue to develop your industry knowledge and keep up to date with the latest products in the market. You will get excellent Paraplanning back up and full Admin.
The Requirements:
Our Client is looking for an experienced, well qualified Financial Adviser who is Chartered or has started or intend to study towards Charter Status. You need to have worked with high-net-worth Clients, being able to demonstrate your ability to have a high work ethic, well-disciplined with good relationship building skills and excellent communication and presentations skills.
